We have been providing a personal service to the local community since my grandfather established the company in 1929, being both funeral directors and builders.

Shortly after the second world war my father Raymond joined the business and worked alongside my grandfather until 1959 when he retired.

In 1970 I joined the company, my father passed away in the year 2000 and since then I have been helped running the business by my two sons.

Our family funeral directors (fourth generation) live on the premises in High Street Hornchurch, opposite Lidl and myself in St Mary’s lane Upminster.

Although most of our family clients are local, we can also organise long distance funerals, including repatriation to and from abroad.

Funerals vary from all types of religion, traditional burials, cremations and woodland burials.

We have ample parking at both our Upminster and Hornchurch offices.

Our fleet consists of Mercedes vehicles, however we can supply a variety of hearses, horse-drawn, motorbike, camper-van, vintage etc.

Our work in the local community includes sponsorship of Hornchurch football club.

If you unable to attend our office we can visit you in the comfort of your own home.
